KLE Design is a multi-discipline consultancy focused on delivering successful property and construction solutions across the built environment. Our team based in London and the South East has years of architecture and construction experience working throughout the UK. We can work on any scale project, to suit any budget.

KLE Design offers a range of architectural services whether it’s helping capture your ideas on the page, developing your planning proposals, liaising with experts or managing your build through to project completion.

Architecture

We will produce and coordinate drawings and schedules for every stage of your project from feasibility and concept design to construction and contract drawings. We can coordinate and prepare technical information, specifications and tender packages. We also offer a Contract Administration service.

Planning

We will produce and coordinate packages that are appropriate for your project, placing them in the best possible position to gain the statutory consents whilst monitoring and informing you throughout the Planning and Building Regulations application processes.

Visualisations

Whether we’re working with you to develop your ideas or taking your designs and growing them with 3D visual design software, at KLE design we can help you experience your space before it’s even built. We can even produce photo realistic renders so you know what to expect as the build comes to life
